Notification:

SUDS has been implementing a new registration processing system from April 2021

All SUDS Registrations should be submitted by the country's National organization, affiliated to IAADS, IBA21, FIFDS, DSIGO, JUDOWN, HANDOWN, Ski, DSISO, ITTADS and Tennis. No private entries will be accepted.

The responsibility for applying for a SUDS Registration number with in the guidelines below lies with the country's National Organisation. The National Organisation should ensure that fully completed forms are submitted before the deadline for the upcoming event.

The deadline for SUDS Registrations is 60 days before the event in which the athlete will participate.

SUDS Registration is a once off registration.

The registration process have medical reviews and eligibility which need to be cleared before an athlete is accepted.

• Payments can now be made in advance once forms has been submitted, although this does not ensure a number will be issued or athlete found eligible.
• Applications should be submitted in one PDF document per application.
• Applications submitted 60 days before an event, will be processed and SUDS number issued, if fully completed and  an athlete is found eligible.
• Applications submitted, if fully completed, between 60 -30 days before an event, processing cannot be guarenteed before event. 
• NO applications will be processed in time for upcoming events, if submitted closer than 30 days before event.
• When there is a query regarding Translocation, Mosaic or Trisomy 21, a submission for revision can be made. Additional medical proof might be required. Reclassification is possible if adequate proof is provided.

Once an athlete has been cleared, you will automatically recieve an invoice if your did not pay in advance. Once your proof of payment has been received and athlete proofed eligible, you will be issued with a SUDS Registrations number for your athlete.
